Aatey jo Chilro
Aatey jo Chilro is a wheat flour crepe. These savoury crepes have herbs and spices and are served for breakfast in Sindhi homes .
Salt to taste
Mix flour , onion , tomato , green chillies , coriander leaves and salt .
Add water gradually to get a dosa consistency batter .
Heat a non stick griddle .
Smear it with some oil .
Put a ladle ful of the prepared bater and spread in circular motion , just like a dosa .
Spray some oil over the chilro and some on the sides .
Let cook till it turns pinkish brown , then flip over and cook the other side .
Make the rest of Chilras in the similar manner .
