Aatey jo Chilro is a wheat flour crepe. These savoury crepes have herbs and spices and are served for breakfast in Sindhi homes .

Instructions
  1. Mix flour , onion , tomato , green chillies , coriander leaves and salt .
  2. Add water gradually to get a dosa consistency batter .
  3. Heat a non stick griddle .
  4. Smear it with some oil .
  5. Put a ladle ful of the prepared bater and spread in circular motion , just like a dosa .
  6. Spray some oil over the chilro and some on the sides .
  7. Let cook till it turns pinkish brown , then flip over and cook the other side .
  8. Make the rest of Chilras in the similar manner .
