Coming to the second day under Lebanese Cuisine I wanted to cook Mezze , a variety of flavorful hot and cold dishes, which is an important part of the Lebanese diet. As many as forty small dishes are presented at once as either appetizers or as a meal itself. Obviously I did not think of 40 dishes but a spread yes !

Since I am off so many things I changed my mind and decided to cook something that I could eat and I made these cubes of golden fried potato, seasoned with coriander, garlic and lemon. The original recipe asked for deep fried potatoes but I boiled the potatoes , sprayed some oil and put them in an air fryer . They were as good as fried , nice golden and crisp . You can deep fry these potatoes or roast them in a oven too . I know one can’t ever go wrong with potatoes and trust me these were very addictive . Try for yourself !
