  1. Take a mixing bowl and add crumbled chocolate sponge.
  2. Add crushed Oreos. You can add any other biscuits of your choice too.
  3. Add thick ganache and Nutella.
  4. Mix very well with your hands so that everything incorporates well.
  5. Check the dough, it should form a ball.
  6. It will separate if it has too much sauce, add more cake crumbs.
  7. If it is dry add sauce or Nutella.
  8. Place the dough in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  9. Now take the cakesicle mould and using a fresh paintbrush, cover each cavity with melted chocolate.
  10. Make sure the chocolate is not very warm, else it will not coat well. Keep tapping the mould, so the chocolate becomes uniform.
  11. Let set for 5-7 minutes.
  12. Now fill these cavities with the chocolate dough.
  13. Press well so that there are no gaps. Place in the frig for 10 minutes.
  14. Now insert the ice cream stick through the slot in the cakesicles mould.
  15. Be gentle, and make sure you push up the stick till you reach 3/4 length of the cakesicles.
  16. Now using a piping bag, coat the cakesicles with chocolate.
  17. Refrigerate overnight for the chocolate to set.
  18. Gently remove from the mould, by tilting the stick first and then pushing it upwards.
  19. Now you can decorate with different sprinklers.
