  1. Take the rice flour in a wide bowl .
  2. Add salt.
  3. Adding warm water knead the dough .
  4. The dough should be kneaded till soft and smooth .
  5. Pinch out balls .
  6. Take a ball , flatten it and then dust with dry rice flour .
  7. Pat the roti with your hands , if you can’t do that then roll between two plastic sheets .
  8. Heat a griddle and place the baakhri .
  9. Take a teaspoon of water and brush it on the top surface of the baakhri .
  10. Once you see the top surface drying , flip over and simmer the gas .
  11. Let the baakhri cook till you see few brown spots .
  12. Remove and roast over gas flame .
  13. Similarly make other baakhris .
