Dahi Pakodi
Simple pakodis are made from chick pea flour, which are soaked in water and finally dunked in whipped curd.

Instructions
  1. Add red chilly powder and salt to the flour and bind a soft batter, consistency of pakora .
  2. Heat oil .
  3. Add a teaspoon of hot oil into the batter and mix well .
  4. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and deep fry till golden .
  5. Drain on a kitchen towel .
  6. Immerse them in water for 10 minutes .
  7. Whip the curd and add red chilly powder , cumin powder and salt .
  8. Add 1/2 cup water and mix well .
  9. Gently squeeze out the water from the pakodis and add them to the whipped curd .
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves .
