Double Chocolate Cookies, a feast for the kids, the delicious cookies have a lingering chocolate flavor.

  1. Mix the flour,cocoa powder, sugar and baking soda in a bowl.
  2. Add oil , milk and mix well to form a dough, If it is very gooey, add another tablespoon of flour.
  3. Add in the chocolate chips and mix .
  4. Roll out small balls of the dough .
  5. Place them a little apart as the cookies will spread on baking.
  6. Press gently with a fork .
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 10 minutes.
  8. time will vary on the size and thickness of the cookies.
  9. Remove from the oven once the sides are crisp. Remove to a cooling rack and once completely cool serve / store in an air tight container.
  10. The Cookies will be very soft to touch but will harden on cooling.
  11. These cookies are a little soft.So if required bake a couple of minutes longer but care not to burn them.
