Double Chocolate Muffins
Double Chocolate Muffins are soft and spongy muffins , with a double dose of chocolates which makes a super delicious dessert.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Sieve maida and cocoa twice and keep aside.
  2. Cream sugar and curd until sugar completely dissolves.
  3. Add baking powder, baking soda to the creamed mixture . Mix well .
  4. Leave aside for 5 mins and you can see the bubbles appearing.
  5. Add vanilla essence,cooking oil and mix well.
  6. Add the flour mix in portions at a time and blend with wet ingredients.
  7. Beat well with a whisk until creamy and thick.
  8. Coat the chocolate chips with flour and add some to the batter .
  9. Preheat oven to 180 deg C for 10mins. Meanwhile grease a butter paper, lay it in the cake tin or loaf pan or grease muffin moulds , place a liner and pour the batter .
  10. Sprinkle more chocolate chips over the top .
  11. Bake for 12-14 minutes or till a skewer comes out clean .
  12. If making a cake then bake in preheated oven at 200 degree C for 10 mins, then reduce temperature to 180 deg C and bake it for 30-35 mins or till a fork inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  13. Let cool to remove from moulds .
