Eggless Double Chocolate Cookies
Eggless Double Chocolate Chip Cookies are crunchy chocolate cookies which are studded with chocolate chips.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Using an electric mixer, beat butter until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the brown sugar and beat it with the butter.
  3. Beat in the egg replacer. Add vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, corn starch.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until blended.
  6. Add chocolate chips. Using a spatula or a whisk, carefully mix them into the batter.
  7. Scoop out the dough into balls of equal sizes on a baking tray lined with baking sheet.
  8. Press them lightly with your fingers.
  9. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  10. Pre heat the oven to 170C
  11. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges become golden brown.
  12. After taking them out of the oven, sprinkle with sea salt and let them rest on the baking tray for at least 10 minutes.
