G – Garudu Chaat
Garadu ki Chat is a deep fried chat made from yam . The chaat is a typical winter street food from Indore , a tongue tickling hot and spicy chat .

Instructions
  1. Trim off the ends of garadu taking off the narrow tapering ends and use only the middle section. Grease a knife and remove peel.
  2. Cut garadu into large chunks.
  3. Boil seven to eight cups of water in a deep pan.
  4. Add garadu chunks and boil till just done.
  5. Remove and drain into a colander.
  6. Let cool.
  7. Cut into bite sized cubes.
  8. Deep fry till golden and crisp.
  9. Sprinkle jiralu masala,salt, lemon juice .
  10. Mix well.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
