BM # 56
Week :4 , Day: 1
Theme : Breakfast across countries

Country : Hawaii

Today is Day 18 and we start with a fresh week. This week we shall focus on the Breakfasts across countries.

For today I have chosen to cook Hawaiian Breakfast.

Hawaii, a U.S. state, is an isolated volcanic archipelago in the Central Pacific. Its islands are renowned for their rugged landscapes of cliffs, waterfalls, tropical foliage and beaches with gold, red, black and even green sands.

The cuisine of Hawaii is a fusion of many foods brought by immigrants to the Hawaiian Islands, including the earliest Polynesians and Native Hawaiian cuisine, and American, Chinese, Filipino, Japanese, Korean, Polynesian and Portuguese origins. plant and animal food sources are imported from around the world for agricultural use in Hawaii. Many local restaurants serve the ubiquitous plate lunch, which features two scoops of rice, a simplified version of American macaroni salad and a variety of toppings including hamburger patties, a fried egg, and gravy of a loco moco.

The state is also famous for its delicious tropical fruits .

For today I have made their popular breakfast dish Loco Moco, pancakes with coconut syrup, and a  delicious mango and kiwi smoothie.

Incidentally this was the first post that I did for September BM, and the breakfast was appreciated by all.

Here is the breakfast menu
Watermelon
And I did some food craft to depict the Hawaii tropics with banana, kiwi and oranges.
