Home made Namkeen
Home made Namkeen is a mixture made with puffed rice , poha , peanuts and some other crunchy ingredients . It is slightly spicy with a tinge of sweetness .

Instructions
  1. Warm a teaspoon of oil , add a pinch of turmeric and add kurmura .
  2. Mix well and roast till crunchy .
  3. Remove and keep aside .
  4. Similarly roast the poha .
  5. Mix it into the kurmura.
  6. Dry roast the peanuts .
  7. Deep fry the chopped green chillies and curry leaves .
  8. Heat a tsp of oil and add whole coriander seeds , fennel seeds , daalia . Roast till you get a delicious aroma .
  9. Switch off the flame and add the dry spices including salt and sugar .
  10. Immediately add the roasted kurmura , poha, peanuts , cornflakes and the potato straws .
  11. Add the fried curry leaves and chillies .
  12. Give a few good mixes to the namkeen and it is ready to eat .
