Chocolate Fudge Pudding Cake is a gooey pudding which is rich and sinful .A rich chocolate fudge sauce forms underneath a layer of chocolate cake while baking .
Chocolate Fudge Pudding Cake is yet another bake made by Juhi . She had a long list of the things she wanted to eat before leaving for London . Among that list was this gooey pudding . I remember making a similar pudding years back , but I seriously did not remember the recipe . She got the recipe and prepared everything . She called me at the last minute when she got into trouble ! She had used a smaller sized baking dish . I knew that the cake would rise and pop out , but then there was no option as she had already poured the water .
After the pudding was done we were glad it did not drop on the tray , it was like a mountain and both of us couldn’t wait to dig in . I quickly clicked the pics as Juhi didn’t want a cold pudding . My hubby kept giving us looks and felt I still behave like a kid . After the clicks we both attacked the pudding . what a lovely , warm , sinful pudding ! And so easy to prepare .
The recipe source said that the cocoa quality was important , and we decided to use Hershey’s . The pudding is ideally served with vanilla ice cream , but we both were quite happy with out it .

Serve with ice cream or whipped cream, and spoon fudge sauce from the bottom of pan over top of each serve of cake.
