Soya Kebabs
Minced Soya kebabs, made the Lucknowi Nawabi style. These kebabs are full of protein.

Instructions
  1. Wash and soak the channa daal for 4-6 hours.
  2. Soak the soya granules in hot water for 15 minutes . Make sure the pot is covered .
  3. Roast the spices and make a fine powder.
  4. Drain the channa dal and grind to a paste.
  5. Drain the soya granules water , squeeze out all the excess moisture and mince it in a grinder .
  6. Heat oil .
  7. Add the minced soya and roast till the raw smell goes away .
  8. Add the daal paste to the roasted soya and roast till there is no moisture .
  9. Add ginger, garlic , chilly paste.
  10. Add the mashed potato.
  11. Now add the red chilly powder ,lemon juice , salt and spice powder .
  12. Roast for a minute , at this point you can add a tsp of extra oil .
  13. Check for spices and adjust according to taste.
  14. Remove from fire , let cool.
  15. Make sure that everything is combined well.
  16. Pinch out balls to make flat , slightly thick cakes .
  17. Roast on a non stick griddle and serve with onions and mint chutney .
