Ice Dabeli
Ice Dabeli is a chilled Indian burger which has a sweet and spicy taste . It is laced with whipped yogurt ,flavourful chutneys and has a amazing crunch of peanuts and pomegranates .

Instructions
Stuffing
  1. Mix the dabeli masala and 2 tbsp tamarind chutney well.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the prepared dabeli masala mixture, mix well and cook on a medium flame for a minute.
  3. Add the mashed potatoes, coriander leaves and salt.
  4. Cook for a 3-4 minutes.
Assembling the Dabeli
  1. Take a bun and either cut it into two or make a slit in it.
  2. Apply 2 tsp of garlic chutney and 1 tbsp of tamarind chutney evenly on the inner sides of the bun.
  3. Stuff with 3-4 tbsp of the stuffing and top with 1 tsp of onions and 1 tsp of peanuts.
  4. Cook each dabeli on a hot griddle for a minute using a little butter.
  5. Pour 2-3 tsp freshly whipped chilled curd over the prepared dabeli.
  6. Drizzle sweet tamarind chutney , green chutney and garlic chutney as per taste.
  7. Sprinkle nylon sev, masala peanuts , pomegranate pearls , coriander leaves and finally rose petals.
