Idli Chilly Paratha is a fusion paratha made with our regular everyday roti with a stuffing of Idli Chilly . Garnished with spring onion curls the paratha resembles a taco .

Idli Fry
  1. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying .
  2. Make a lump free batter with all purpose flour and cornflour .
  3. Mix in salt .
  4. Cut the prepared idli into very small cubes.
  5. Dip them into the prepared batter and deep fry these cubes.
  6. Keep aside.
Idli Fry Masala
  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil .
  2. Keep the gas flame full while preparing this masala .
  3. Add onions , capsicum , green chilly ,garlic and ginger .
  4. Toss for a minute .
  5. Add salt , soy sauce , chilly sauce and vinegar .
  6. Add the fried idli cubes .
  7. Mix well .
To make Parathas
  1. Grease a griddle and place the roti.
  2. Place the stuffing in the centre and fold from one side .
  3. Using a tooth pick secure it from one side .
  4. This shall look like a taco .
  5. Remove be and garnish with spring onion curls .
