Ladoo Besan Kaju ka
Ladoo Besan Kaju ka is a traditional Indian sweet made with Bengal gram flour and Cashews . It has a dash of cardamom which adds on to this rich and exotic sweet .
In a thick heavy bottom pan heat ghee.
As the ghee begins to melt, add besan.
Reduce the flame and roast the besan , stirring continuously.
This shall take 25-30 minutes .
The besan should be golden brown .
Once done , remove in a wide plate and let it cool .
Add cardamom powder , sugar and cashew powder .
Mix everything with hands to get a homogeneous mixture .
Pinch out balls and roll them into ladoos . Garnish with pistachios and almonds
