Ladoo Besan Kaju ka is a traditional Indian sweet made with Bengal gram flour and Cashews . It has a dash of cardamom which adds on to this rich and exotic sweet .

  1. In a thick heavy bottom pan heat ghee.
  2. As the ghee begins to melt, add besan.
  3. Reduce the flame and roast the besan , stirring continuously.
  4. This shall take 25-30 minutes .
  5. The besan should be golden brown .
  6. Once done , remove in a wide plate and let it cool .
  7. Add cardamom powder , sugar and cashew powder .
  8. Mix everything with hands to get a homogeneous mixture .
  9. Pinch out balls and roll them into ladoos . Garnish with pistachios and almonds
