Laiya Bhel with roasted Peanuts
A lip smacking protein rich Bhel made with roasted peanuts, chikpeas and peas. Spicy, crunchy and tangy, a perfect munch !
roasted cumin powder, chat masala
mix all three
roasted green peas
Place peanuts in a bowl , drizzle oil and toss to coat.Sprinkle salt and mix well.
Bake at 300 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes stirring occasionally till brown.
Transfer to an un greased baking tray.
Remove and mix the spices while still hot .
Spread on a waxed paper, let cool and store in a airtight container.
Heat 1 tsp oil add a pinch of turmeric and a very small pinch of salt .
Mix well , without burning .
Add the kurmuras and roast on slow fire stirring constantly .
Once crisp , let cool .
Mix the ingredients for the Bhel and drizzle lemon juice and mix again.
Serve in paper cones and enjoy .
