Mattar Paneer
Instructions
  1. Cut cottage cheese into cubes and deep fry .
  2. Immediately immerse them in water .
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil + 1 tsp ghee in a pressure cooker.
  4. Add the onion and sauté till pink.
  5. Add ginger and green chillies.
  6. Add the green peas and sauté.
  7. Add all spices and sauté again .
  8. Add tomato purée and cook till all moisture is absorbed .
  9. Drain the cottage cheese cubes .
  10. Add the cubes and about one cup water .
  11. Mix well and close the lid of pressure cooker.
  12. Let cook for one whistle and then simmer for 5-7 minutes .
  13. Switch off the gas and let the pressure release .
  14. Add coriander leaves and serve .
