Mini Beetroot Dhokla
Beetroot Mini Dhokla’s are steamed l cakes made with lentils , rice and semolina . They are topped with beetroot to make them healthy and attractive as well .

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Mix the dhokla flour , semolina and curd .
  2. Add water and bring the batter to a idli consistency .
  3. Cover and keep aside for 2-4 hours .
  4. Place water in a steamer , let it boil .
  5. Grease the idli moulds with oil .
  6. Add oil , ginger garlic paste, salt and ENO .
  7. Pour the batter into moulds with a small spoon .
  8. Place 1/4 tsp of grated beetroot on each dhokla .
  9. As soon as the water boils , place the prepared mould to steam .
  10. Steam for 5 – 7 minutes .
  11. Remove The stand and lightly brush the dhoklas with oil .
  12. This will help them to remain moist .
  13. Dhoklas are ready to be served or packed .
