Mint & Mango Cooler

Mint and Raw Mango Cooler is a herbal drink which is super refreshing in summers . It shall hydrate you and take care of your stomach as well as skin .

It is during summers that we really need to hydrate our bodies . We constantly look for something to drink , as a result our first attack is on aerated drinks , or Sherbets , perhaps some fresh juices . With all these drinks we are always worried about the sugar going into the body hence I have started with drinks with natural sugar like Gulab Nariyal Paani or Orange and Pineapple Mocktail , but how about a nice savoury and tangy drink !

This mint cooler is a wonderful , refreshing drink with no sugar . It has mint which has amazing health benefits , then it has raw mango which is a fantastic fruit . It protects you from the summer heat and acts as a energy booster . They both combine and give us a super refreshing drink.

So go ahead and try this summer cooler without having to worry about your calories and sugar .

Mint and Raw Mango Cooler

Mint and Raw Mango Cooler

Ingredients

1/4 cup mint
1/4 cup coriander leaves
2 green chillies
1 slice of raw mango
Salt to taste

Method

Wash the mint and coriander leaves .
Add them to a blender jar .
Add green chillies , raw mango and salt .
Blend to make a fine paste .
Add about 500 ml water .
Check for flavour .
You could add some lemon juice if it is not sour .
Strain the cooler .
Serve chilled with lemon slices .
