Instructions
  1. Add salt and turmeric and boil the soaked peas and sprouts to 2 whistles.
  2. Roast the missal masala , adding a little water make a paste.
  3. Heat oil .
  4. Add onions and sauté till translucent.
  5. Add tomatoes , cook till mushy .
  6. Add all spices , the missal masala and mix well .
  7. Add the boiled sprouts and peas.
  8. Add water adjusting the consistency of gravy .
  9. Simmer for 8-10 minutes .
  10. Serve with pav and farsan.
