Moongfali ki Chutney
Instructions
  1. Chop just the root of the coriander, wash and chop roughly along with the stems.
  2. Chop the chillies and ginger roughly.
  3. Add all the ingredients to a mixer grinder and make a smooth paste.
  4. Add water to adjust the consistency.
  5. Take a test check for salt and lemon, add if required.
