Nariyal ki Meethi Roti
Nariyal ki Meethi Roti is a sweet flatbread stuffed with coconut and nuts . It has the goodness of coconut , tastes amazing , looks pretty and above all has been made in an airfryer .

Dough
  1. Take the flour in a bowl and knead to a semi soft dough .
  2. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes .
Stuffing
  1. Take a non stick pan and add ghee to it .
  2. Roast the semolina till pink .
  3. Immediately add the coconut .
  4. Roast the coconut for 3-5 minutes .
  5. Add milk and sugar and stir well .
  6. Add the cardamom powder and nuts .
  7. Simmer the mixture for 2-3 minutes or till the ghee separates .
  8. Let cool.
Making the Roti
  1. Pinch out six lemon sized balls from the dough .
  2. Roll each ball into a 6” disc .
  3. Place one disc on the counter and spread the prepared stuffing .
  4. Make sure you leave1/4” on the sides .
  5. Apply water on these edges .
  6. Place another disc on top of the stuffing and seal the edges .
  7. At this point you could make a decorative design .
  8. Brush the paratha with very little ghee and roast the paratha for a minute on both the sides on a griddle .
  9. Pre heat the airfryer for 5 minutes and place one paratha at a time in the airfryer to roast . It should take 4-5 minutes to get that golden colour at 180 temperature .
  10. Remove and enjoy without any extra ghee or brush with ghee and garnish with nuts .
