1. We just finished a month long marathon where we posted Protein Rich Recipes , September definitely is a hectic month with so many blogs to read , but a month where we get to see so many recipes related to just one theme .

We have begun with October and we are back to our regular 3 day marathons . For the first week I have chosen the theme Cookies for your Sweet Tooth and today’s cookie is a No Bake Cookie.

I have never been fond of oats as such , but I love them in cookies , ladoos or energy bars . These cookies just need to be mixed and set , it is as simple as that , but of course you need to wait for them to set .Actually if you do not want to wait , you can just finish the bowl with a spoon .  These cookies make a great gift and kids really like them.

  1. Vaishali, love no bake treats for those lazy days when I don’t want to stay in the heat and yet want to make something exciting for the kids. These cookies are so perfect as an after school snack.
