- We just finished a month long marathon where we posted Protein Rich Recipes , September definitely is a hectic month with so many blogs to read , but a month where we get to see so many recipes related to just one theme .
We have begun with October and we are back to our regular 3 day marathons . For the first week I have chosen the theme Cookies for your Sweet Tooth and today’s cookie is a No Bake Cookie.
I have never been fond of oats as such , but I love them in cookies , ladoos or energy bars . These cookies just need to be mixed and set , it is as simple as that , but of course you need to wait for them to set .Actually if you do not want to wait , you can just finish the bowl with a spoon . These cookies make a great gift and kids really like them.

Vaishali I love the way you have packed these cookies. Lovely clicks
Cookies looks so yummy. Healthy choice.
Vaishali, love no bake treats for those lazy days when I don’t want to stay in the heat and yet want to make something exciting for the kids. These cookies are so perfect as an after school snack.
I have made these once and the kids finished it off… but for me, I guess I would bake it for 10 minutes to have a more cooked feeling hehe… these cookies are definitely the best partner with milk…
Vaishali these are beautiful and I want to make them immediately. I have the ingredients too.
Wow, no bake cookies are seriously live saver, how pretty they looks, my kids will go crazy if they see this cookies.
how interesting – I would think that the oats would not be soft but I will have to try them to find out
That’s awesome. Easy to make cookies.
A great way to add oats to ones diet in a more fun way via cookies . No bake cookies are great for days when I don’t feel like baking.
I would have thought the pats would need to be roasted. Sounds very interesting. Peanut butter and chocolate make a great flavor combo.
Looks scrumptious vaishali!
Such a healthy and guiltfree cookie…
