Orange Rasagolla
Orange Rasagolla is a fusion version of the traditional Bengali sweet Rasagollas. These are stuffed with orange fiber and dunked into orange syrup.

Ingredients
For the Orange Syrup
Instructions
  1. To begin, zest one of the oranges into a saucepan.
  2. Juice both oranges into the pan.
  3. Do not sieve, just remove the seeds.
  4. Add in the water and sugar.
  5. Bring it all to a gentle boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the liquid has reduced by about a third.
  6. Allow the syrup to cool to room temperature.
Preparing the Rasagolla
  1. Squeeze the syrup from the ready Rasagolla.
  2. Cut them into two and scoop out a small portion from them to make a small cavity.
  3. Place them in a shallow bowl, and pour some of the juice.
  4. Fill the Rasagolla with the orange fiber.
  5. Place in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours so that the flavor is well infused.
