Peanut butter is a butter made with peanuts , this is one of the most popular butters which is loved by almost everyone .
Peanut Butter is vegan , it’s a butter that is made with just two ingredients , unbelievable , right ? You need peanuts and just a bit of sugar , pulse it in short bursts and you are ready to go ! Yes , it’s that simple . It can be either a smooth paste or you could even make it chunky with some coarse peanuts .
The butter is nutritious as well , with a good amount of protein It’s a butter which has gained a lot of popularity in US and the peanut Butter Jelly Sandwich happens to be one of the most hit combos . The butter is also used in brownies , smoothies , shakes and so many other snacks , and it really gives them a great flavour and texture .
250 gms raw peanuts
1 tsp sugar
Roast the peanuts at 180 degrees for 10 minutes .
Make sure to turn them around once .
Remove and rub while they are still warm .
Remove whatever peel comes out .
If some peels are left , we need not worry .
Add the peanuts to a mixer grinder and pulse in short bursts till oil comes out .
Add a pinch of salt and sugar and pulse again .
One can adjust the salt and sugar as per choice.
