We begin with a new edition of BM and this week I have chosen to cook Christmas Dinner Recipes . When the girls were here we would get a Christmas Tree and decorate it beautifully . We would not cook a special dinner but we did make desserts , specially a cake was a must . With time and the girls gone Christmas is just like any other day .Remembering old times I decided to take this theme and decided to post a few recipes under this festival . Today’s recipe is for Poached Pears , but here are some more desserts that you can try for Christmas.
Sinful Chocolate Pudding
Panaforte
Mango Jello
I have always loved Poached Pears , they make such an elegant dessert . I have had it a couple of times but this is the first time I made and we all loved them . Unfortunately my son did not have so I made another batch with vanilla flavour and he was totally impressed . The best Poached Pears ever had ! Was his statement . The ones I am posting today are with cardamom and saffron , but you could minus these and add just vanilla or vanilla and cinnamon . They all taste one better than the other . Serve it with ice cream or some fresh cream and you have a pretty looking and a absolutely delicious dessert .
