Skillet Bread with Beans
Freshly baked bread served with Mexican beans makes a delicious dinner and a one pot meal.

Instructions
  1. Warm water and add yeast, salt , sugar, milk powder and butter .
  2. Sieve the flour.
  3. Adding the warm water mix , bind the dough .
  4. Cover and let rest until double.
  5. Punch down the dough and make balls and set them all around the skillet leaving the centre empty.
  6. Cover the skillet and let the bread rest for 15 minutes .
  7. Meanwhile prepare the stuffing .
  8. Once the stuffing is ready place it in the centre .
  9. Grate cheese over it .
  10. Apply a light milk wash to the bread and sprinkle oregano , chilly flakes and some cheese.
  11. Bake at 180 deg C for 20-25 minuets .
