Subz Tawe ki Shami
Subz Tawe ki Shami are delicious ,melt in the mouth Kebabs made with minced veggies and spices ,. These can be grilled on charcoal or roasted on a griddle.
gm bean green
black cardamom powder
Salt to taste
Boil the potatoes , peel and mash them .
Blanch all the vegetables and process them together coarsely in a blender place in a piece of muslin cloth and squeeze gently to remove excess water.
Mix the potatoes and veggies .
Add the green chilies, ginger, roasted gram powder, roasted cumin powder, cardamom powder, chaat masala and salt.
Mix well , check for seasoning .
Pinch out small balls from the mixture and shape into patties.
Shallow fry or deep fry or roast them over charcoal.
Serve with mint chutney, onions and lemon slices.
