Instructions
  1. Mix all the salad ingredients in a bowl .
  2. Microwave peanut butter and honey for a minute or till they both combine well .
  3. Using a whisk , mix in rest of the ingredients.
  4. Make sure they combine well .
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad , mix well .
  6. Garnish with carrots and coarsely ground peanuts .
