Ulte Tawe ki Roti
Ulte Tawe Ke Parathe are Lucknowi parathas made on an inverted griddle . These parathas are soft and melt in the mouth kinds and pair very well with any kebabs or curry .

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Sieve the flour .
  2. Add sugar and salt .
  3. Rub in the ghee with fingertips so as to resemble bread crumbs .
  4. Slowly add milk and bind to a semi soft dough .
  5. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove and make balls from the dough.
  7. Roll into a thin disc of about 6-8” .
  8. Heat a ulta tawa and wipe it with a greased cloth .
  9. Place the roti on the tawa .
  10. Cook till the colour changes .
  11. Flip and cook the other side .
  12. Similarly cook the other rotis .
  13. Apply ghee and serve with Kebabs .
