Zero Oil Kandhari Aaloo
  1. Boil the potatoes, peel and keep aside. If using big potatoes , cut them into chunks .
  2. Soak cashews and khus khus in warm milk and make a paste.
  3. Make a paste of onion and sauté in a nonstick pan till the moisture is absorbed .
  4. Add the cashew paste and tomato purée .
  5. Cook till dry .
  6. Add all spices , potatoes and mix well .
  7. Add the juice and some water to adjust the consistency of the gravy and boil for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Add kasoori methi .
  9. Garnish with pomegranate pearls and green chilly .
  10. Serve hot .
