Notes

Adding tomatoes would surely make these so different..we normally add onions and green chilies..and sometimes add rice flour to get crispy dosas..very lovely spread..
You reminded my mother in law who used to make this for a quick fix breakfast. My mother would opt for rice flour ones when she hasn’t planned for any breakfasts. These wheat flour crepes make a healthy breakfast.
Definitely a healthy breakfast. These wheat flour ones are not so popular in our family. I wonder why. I should these again sometime.
Wheat flour crepes are regular in our household. We call it karaichai dosai, meaning instant dosai. Love how Indian cuisine is intertwined.
I make dosa similar to this, but very thin ones. This Sindhi version of aatey jo chilro looks so good.
I make wheat flour dosa similar way. Adding tomatoes and onions makes it more delicious and tasty.
