Chickpea Roll Ups are gluten free rolls , which are quick to make and make a delicious party snack .
Chickpea crepes are a common breakfast in my house , well at times I make them even for lunch . These crepes are a common sight on the streets of Delhi. Sometimes I just make a twin roll , I take a chapati and a crepe or chilla as we call it and then roll the two together . Since the theme was gluten free I rolled it with a spread , you can use green chutney or ketchup or even make a twin roll with both chutney and ketchup . There are so many ways to serve these roll ups and don’t they make a attractive and delicious party pleaser ?
These roll ups are very simple to prepare and can even make an ideal snack in the kids lunch box too . Our very own humble cheela has been given a new dimension and presented as a gluten free snack for Day 3 under Paleo , Vegan, Gluten Free Recipes.

That is such an exotic way to present the humble besan chilas. Fantastic snack.
Love the idea of making them into bite size pieces and creating those roll ups. So easy to feed the kids, and they become happy that they had more :-). Loved the recipe.
What a pretty way to serve besan ka chila vaishali! That looks fabulous and love the filling of hung curd and cheese! Marvelous!!!!
