Jaggery Lemonade | Nimbu Paani with Gud is a refreshing summer drink. It hydrates your body and boosts your energy levels immediately.

Lemonade is basically a lemon-based drink with lemon juice, sweetener, and water as the main ingredients. We have many variations of lemonade, each country with a slight difference. Here in India, we call it Nimbu Pani or even Shikanjvi. We get some instant ready Shinkaji Mix too, which is perfect for busy days.

I love experimenting with this refreshing beverage with fruits too, and Mango Lemonade is a big hit during the mango season. Mango and Orange is yet another combo that we enjoy. It is recently that I tried this Jaggery Lemonade, thanks to the trending reels.

I tweaked the recipe and added some mint, black salt, and roasted cumin powder, along with jaggery and lemon juice. Now if you do not want that hint of salt, just skip it! You can skip the roasted cumin or the mint. All these are optional. The lemon beverage is so versatile that we can replace water with a fizzy drink, like Sprite or Limca or even drinking soda. I leave the innovation part to you. For now, I will stick to the Jaggery Lemonade or Nimbu Pani with Gud, the way I like.
