Motichoor Golgappas are our own favourite golgappas stuffed with motichoor laddoos and laced with Rabri to make a sinful delicious fusion dessert .
Motichoor Golgappas were on the blog long back , but I had not posted the recipe . You all know my love for Golgappas or Paani Poori , but here these empty balls are filled with a sweet ladoo . Motichoor laddoos are laddoos made with very tiny fried gram balls ,which are dipped in sugar syrup and binded together to make a ball . These are available at all sweet shops . They can be made st home too but I used store bought . After stuffing the empty poori with these laddoos , all you need to do is drizzle some Rabri over these and sprinkle nuts . Here I have used condensed milk. A few rose petals will take this dessert to another level .
The first time I made these Motichoor Golgappas , they were on the dining table along with the rest of the meal . My hubby asked me to serve one , he was so engrossed with the dinner that he didn’t see what I had served him . The minute he ate this Golgappa , he was shocked ! He was expecting a spicy dahi Golgappa . It was hilarious and we both had a good laugh .
The second time I made these for a dinner and my guests were more than impressed , the dessert is so light . Yes even with ladoo and Rabri the dessert is really light as these are bite sized and require ladoo and Rabri both in small portions . Do give them a try , the Motichoor Golgappas will definitely be a showstopper at any party . You can fill the pooris with ladoo ahead but drizzle the Rabri just before serving , else they shall get soggy .

That’s a fantastic idea Vaishali! I will definitely try it sometime soon.
Great idea. Both panipuri and motichoor ladoo are my favorite dishes. Combining both to make a single dish is a great idea indeed. My mouth is watering looking at the pics.
