We all are aware of the goodness of Broccoli,that it is full of vitamin c,has anti cancer properties also it’s good for the heart.Best eaten raw,but steaming or stirfrying does not destroy its goodness.Today I have combined Broccoli and paneer with other healthy ingredients and made a wrap.Somehow I am fond of wraps…lots of veggies and the basic tortilla …roti..made from wheat flour and a bit of refined flour…some mayo and salad…. all is well placed and wrapped up to make a complete meal.No messy hands..no dishes…wat more can we want?The children love it too since it’s not roti sabzi!!

8 wheat rotis /or ready tortillas

Stuffing
250 gms…………Broccoli cut into small flowerets and blanched
¼ cup……………. baked beans
¼ cup……………. boiled corn kernels
 ½ cup……………..paneer / tofu
2 …………………….spring onions
2tb sp…………….capsicum
2 tbsp…………… olives
2tbsp……………. ketchup
Chilly sauce to taste
A handful of fresh basil leaves
Salt to taste
(you could change the combination if you wish to)
Mayonnaise(I have used ready made)

Salad
Shreeded cabbage
Sliced onions

Heat oil.
Add spring onion and capsicum.
Saute.
Add broccoli and saute.
Add rest of the ingrdients and cook for 4-5 mins.

Assembling
Take a roti.
Spread mayonnaise.
Place salad on one side.
Place stuffing on that.
Roll it up.
You can pre prepare these and wrap them in a cling film.
Microwave for 5secs.
