Pearl Millet Garlic Crackers
Pearl millet garlic crackers are crackers made with bajra and flavoured with fresh green garlic . These are gluten free crackers.

Instructions
  1. Using a blender make a paste of garlic , chili and coriander leaves . Add salt while making the paste.
  2. In a mixing bowl add the flour and rub in the ghee .
  3. Add the green garlic paste , sesame seeds and using warm water bind the dough .
  4. Knead the dough for a few minutes so it becomes pliable .
  5. Make 4 balls from the dough , roll each ball to 1/4” thickness .
  6. Cut into desired shape . Prick with a fork so that they do not puff up .
  7. Preheat the oven at 180 deg C for 10mins. Meanwhile arrange the crackers on a baking tray lined with butter paper.
  8. Bake the crackers for about 15-20 mins. Keep an eye after 15mins.
  9. Once out of the oven, the crackers are soft, when cooled down they become crispy.
