Nutty Karela Crisps / Kakara Keya Vepudu
Delicious crisps made from bitter gourd , though these are not bitter. The fried garlic is a treat to enjoy in this recipe.

Scrape the gourds lightly . container , that is if they are not gone from the table.
Cut into slices .
Sprinkle salt and curd and mix.
Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil for frying.
Fry the peanuts , cashews , while garlic and curry leaves.
Wash the gourds and squeeze the excess water .
Sprinkle rice flour , mix and deep fry till crisp .
Mix with fried nuts , garlic and curry leaves .
Sprinkle salt and spice mix . Mix well .
These crisps can be stored in an airtight container , that is if they are not gone from the table.
