Sattu ki Roti
Sattu ki Roti is a gluten free Indian flatbread from Bihar . Sattu is a flour prepared from ground cereals and pulses. The Sattu ki Roti has a delicious taste and one can enjoy it as it is or you could even serve it with a curry .

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl .
  2. Gradually adding warm water , bind the dough .
  3. Keep aside , covered for 10 minutes .
  4. Knead again with greased hands .
  5. Make 4-5 balls .
  6. Roll each ball into a flat disc , just the way you roll a roti .
  7. It is not difficult to roll , but you can always roll between two plastic sheets .
  8. Cook on a hot griddle , as soon as the roti dries up flip and cook the other side .
  9. Final roasting can be done on a open flame .
  10. Remo and apply ghee / oil .
