U – Upside Down Cake Pineapple Oreo
A delicious cake with Pineapples, cherries and the twist..Oreos.

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and powdered sugar.
  2. Sieve this mix couple of times.
  3. Mix condensed milk oil and pineapple essence.
  4. Mix in about 6 tbsp of the pineapple syrup from the can.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients and form a smooth batter.
  6. Grease a loose bottom tin.
  7. Arrange Oreo biscuits.
  8. On top of the biscuits arrange the pineapple slices and cherries.
  9. Pour the batter on top and bake for 30 minutes or till a skewer comes out clean. Let cool.
  10. Slowly push the cake from the bottom and then remove the bottom plate from top.
  11. Invert the cake, garnish with cherries and serve.
