  1. Preheat oven to 180 deg C for 10 minutes
  2. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. In another bowl add sugar, curd, oil, milk and vanilla essence.
  4. Beat well till everything is well incorporated.
  5. Mix in the dry sifted ingredients, carrots and walnuts.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven for 35 – 40 minutes or till done.
  7. Check with a skewer, if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
