Z – Zebra Cake
Zebra Cake is a delicacy of Africa, though it is very popular in US, a cake which will remind you of a Zebra due to it’s stripes.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda.
  2. Mix curd, sugar powder, vanilla essence, milk and oil.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients to the wet and make a smooth batter.
  4. Divide the batter into two parts.
  5. Add cocoa and coffee to one.
  6. Take about 2 tbsp batter of vanilla flavour , then on top of the vanilla pour 2 tbsp of chocolate batter.
  7. Similarly finish all batter using it alternatively. You shall see concentric circles are formed.
  8. Tap the tin gently and place the cake in a preheated oven.
  9. Bake at 180 deg C for 30-35 minutes or till a skewer comes out clean.
  10. Remove the cake and let it cool for 15 minutes.
  11. Remove the cake and let it cool for 15 minutes.
  12. Cut into wedges and serve.
