Coffee Frappe' is a Greek sweet iced coffee blended with milk and espresso which makes a perfect summer drink.
- 200 ml strong coffee chilled
- 50 ml full-fat milk
- 2 tbsp superfine sugar
- 1 tbsp caramel syrup
- 1 large scoop vanilla ice cream / whipped cream optional
Prepare the expresso and after it comes to room temperature, chill it.
Blend sugar, espresso coffee, milk, caramel sauce and ice cubes in a blender until creamy and smooth.
Pour into glasses.
Serve as it is or with ice cream or whipped cream.
Sprinkle cocoa powder/drinking chocolate/coffee.
