Coffee frappe'

Coffee Frappe' is a Greek sweet iced coffee blended with milk and espresso which makes a perfect summer drink.

  • 200 ml strong coffee chilled
  • 50 ml full-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp superfine sugar
  • 1 tbsp caramel syrup
  • 1 large scoop vanilla ice cream / whipped cream optional


  • Prepare the expresso and after it comes to room temperature, chill it.
  • Blend sugar, espresso coffee, milk, caramel sauce and ice cubes in a blender until creamy and smooth.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • Serve as it is or with ice cream or whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle cocoa powder/drinking chocolate/coffee.
