Almond Butter 

Almond Butter is a great substitute to dairy butter as this butter is a good source of mono saturated fats our bodies need .

Ingredients

  • 250 gms almonds
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  • Roast the almonds at 180 degrees for 5-6 minutes . 
  • Add the almonds to a mixer grinder and pulse in short bursts till oil comes out . 
  • Add a pinch of salt and sugar and pulse again . 
  • One can adjust the salt and sugar as per choice.
