Almond Butter
Almond Butter is a great substitute to dairy butter as this butter is a good source of mono saturated fats our bodies need .
Prep Time 6 minutes minutes Total Time 6 minutes minutes
- 250 gms almonds
- 1 tsp sugar
- Pinch salt
Roast the almonds at 180 degrees for 5-6 minutes .
Add the almonds to a mixer grinder and pulse in short bursts till oil comes out .
Add a pinch of salt and sugar and pulse again .
One can adjust the salt and sugar as per choice.
