Jowar Ladoo with Rose Petals

Jowar Ladoos with Rose Petals are ladoos made with Jowar or sorghum flour . These ladoos have the goodness of almonds and coconut .

  • 3/4 cup Jowar flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut powder
  • 3 tbsp semolina
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp almonds powdered
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp dried rose petals powdered
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • cup Milk as required 1/4


  • Add a tbsp if ghee to a frying pan .
  • Add Jowar flour and semolina and roast both the flours till the raw smell disappears .
  • Make sure you roast them on slow fire .
  • Remove from fire .
  • Add coconut powder, cardamom powder , almond powder and finally the dried rose petals .
  • Mix well .
  • Slowly start adding milk so that the mix comes together . Make sure the mix is still warm .
  • Bind into lemon sized balls .
  • Place them in cup cake liners and decorate as you please .
