Using silicone mould put a scoop full of halwa in it .
Press another similar mould into it so that a depression is formed .
This will form a cup .
Freeze these cups .
Remove the cups from the mould .
Before serving brush the edges of the cup with condensed milk .
Crush the laddoo gently .
Sprinkle some ladoo over these edges , this will stick on the edges .
Fill these cups with kesar pista ice cream .
Garnish with pistachios.
