Gajjar Halwa Cups with Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 recipe Gajjar Halwa
  • Kesar pista ice cream
  • condensed milk
  • Boondi ladoo

Instructions

  • Using silicone mould put a scoop full of halwa in it .
  • Press another similar mould into it so that a depression is formed .
  • This will form a cup .
  • Freeze these cups .
  • Remove the cups from the mould .
  • Before serving brush the edges of the cup with condensed milk .
  • Crush the laddoo gently .
  • Sprinkle some ladoo over these edges , this will stick on the edges .
  • Fill these cups with kesar pista ice cream .
  • Garnish with pistachios.
