Lebanese Spiced Potatoes (Batata Harra)

Crisp golden fried potato, seasoned with coriander, garlic and lemon made in an air fyer, the Lebanese way.

  • 500 in gms boiled potatoes cutcubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6-8 cloves garlic crushed
  • 3-4 green chilly chopped
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves chopped
  • Few drops lemon juice


  • Preheat oven / air fryer to 200degrees.
  • Spray about 1 tsp oil and sprinkle salt .
  • Place them in a air fryer or oven if you wish .
  • Roast the potatoes till golden.
  • Toss these after about 10 minutes.
  • I took about 25 minutes in an air fryer and an oven too would take about the same time .
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the crushed garlic and green chilly.
  • Let them turn golden.
  • Add the roasted potatoes and toss.
  • Add coriander leaves and lemon juice .
