Mozzarella and Mango Toast

  • mango
  • lemon zest

Cottage Cheese and Plum Toast

  • cottage cheese
  • plums
  • chia seeds

Instructions

Cream Cheese and Dates toast

  • Blend the two to get a spread .
  • Top it with fresh dates, cranberries and walnuts

Mozzarella and Mango toast

  • Spread the fresh mozzarella on the toast.
  • Top with chopped mangoes.
  • Garnish with lemon zest.
