Ingredients
6tbspghee
1cupRajgira ke atta / Amaranth flour
1/2cupPistachioschopped
1/2cupalmondschopped
12 -16tbsp. powdered jaggery
1tspcardamom powder
2tbsppoppy seeds
Instructions
Heat a pan and add ghee.
When ghee melts, add amaranth flour and toast it on low flame until you start to smell the aroma, about five minutes.
Lightly roast the pistachios and almonds , keep them aside to cool.
Mix all ingredients in a blender , so that they come together . This can be done by mixing with hands too .
Transfer the ingredients onto a plate or bowl.
When the mixture is cool enough to handle, shape them into balls.
Shape the laddus when the mixture is still warm.
Garnish with almond flakes .
Let them cool and store them in an airtight container.
